What is Zuzu?
Zuzu is all-in-one software for medical spas and aesthetic clinics. It combines
your clinic website, online booking, client records, billing, POS, and marketing
in one platform — instead of paying for separate tools that don't talk to each
other.
How is Zuzu different from other med spa software?
Most existing tools were either built as salon appointment books with medical charting bolted on, or rigid legacy EMRs lacking modern online booking, AI reception, and POS. With Zuzu, features are unified into one intuitive platform with clear pricing per tier. You get what your practice needs without endless separate subscriptions, and data is kept secure in your region under HIPAA and PIPEDA compliance.
Is Zuzu HIPAA compliant?
Zuzu is built for HIPAA compliance and designed to act as a Business Associate. A
Business Associate Agreement will be entered into with your clinic, and with
Google Cloud, before any patient data is handled. Zuzu is pre-launch and
processes no patient data today.
What is the Founding 10 program?
The Founding 10 is a beta program for our first 10 clinics. Members get 50% off
our launch price for 12 months, can request features and directly shape the
product roadmap, and receive priority onboarding with dedicated support. Apply by
checking the box on the waitlist form.
How does Zuzu's pricing work?
Zuzu is organized into clear practice tiers. Our highest tier includes everything — the full clinical charting, AI voice and web reception, before-and-after simulations, POS, and marketing suite. For clinics that don't need every tool, we offer lower-priced tiers with essential feature sets. Each tier has one clear, predictable price. Generous monthly AI minutes are included with fair usage limits to prevent abuse. If your practice needs more capabilities or features, you simply upgrade to the next tier without juggling complicated per-feature add-ons.
Do I need a credit card to join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist requires only an email address. No credit card is
needed.
How do the AI Voice Receptionist and Patient Chatbot work?
Zuzu includes two conversational AI assistants: a phone-based AI receptionist and a 24/7 web concierge. When patients call your clinic, the AI receptionist answers naturally, provides clinic info, checks provider schedules, and books appointments. On your website, the chatbot answers patient treatment inquiries and guides them to book. Both are routed through HIPAA-eligible Vertex AI and protected by hardwired prompt-injection and PHI firewalls.
What is the AI Treatment Simulation tool?
The AI Simulation tool provides realistic before-and-after aesthetic simulations to help prospective patients visualize potential treatment results during consultations. It also includes interactive compliance training modules that help staff adhere to clinical intake protocols, contraindication screenings, and informed consent requirements.
Does the AI ever expose or train on our patients' medical records (PHI)?
Never. Zuzu is architected with strict zero-leakage guardrails. All clinical and practice AI requests route strictly through HIPAA-covered Google Cloud Vertex AI under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Consumer AI APIs without BAA coverage are blocked. Furthermore, our marketing suite has a built-in PHI firewall that inspects blog posts and social content to ensure protected health data never leaves the clinical boundary.
When does Zuzu launch?
Zuzu is in pre-launch and is preparing to onboard its first clinics in Canada and
the United States. Waitlist members are contacted first, in the order they joined.
